Badminton is an Olympic racquet sport that can be played singles or doubles. It's a surprisingly effective cardio workout for young or old. Join us Wednesdays at the DRC, whether you're a beginner or experienced played. It is suggested to bring your own racquet, but extra racquets are available for those who do not have one.

And don't forget Table Tennis Tuesdays, 7 to 10 pm. All ages welcome, free for City of Decatur residents. Table Tennis is fun for the whole family, and can be a good cardio workout when played competitively. It is suggested to bring your own paddle, but extra paddles are available for those who do not have one.
