Staying motivated for daily exercise can be tough. Working out with others, and at a regularly set time, are possibly the best two ways to stay motivated. So kudo's go out to the Oakhurst Running Club!

All runs start from One Step at a Time, 650-B East Lake Dr in Decatur, GA.
Wednesday Night Runs - started by Becca and Dennis, we run through rain, shine, snow, and darkness.
Starts at 7:00pm
5 mile routes - see the Routes page for our runs
8:00 to 9:30 minute per mile pace (regardless of speed, all are welcome; we have maps of the route)
