DeKalb County Super District 7 Commissioner Connie Stokes and District Health Director, S. Elizabeth Ford, M.D., M.B.A., will host a community health forum on avoiding senior abuse, chronic disease prevention and understanding Alzheimer’s Disease.

The event will feature:

• A panel hosted by noted health experts

• Free health screenings and education

• Raffle prizes
