Atlanta Bicycle Campaign
Improve Our Roads - Volunteer for Bike Count 2008
In order to better track greater Atlanta's progress in making it safer and easier to ride a bike, Atlanta Bike Campaign launched an ongoing data collection effort to count bicycle traffic. You can improve the roads for cyclists by volunteering to help with our bicycle counts!
Volunteers can sign up for one or more 2-hour time slots on a weekday. Volunteers are asked to enter their data into an online spreadsheet within 3 days of taking the counts. Count data will be released to the media.
Dates: Tuesday (9/30) and Thursday (10/2)
Times: (2 shift opportunities) : 7:00 - 9:00 am & 4:30 - 6:30 pm.
Brief training is required.
