This October we’ll be celebrating Oakhurst’s first annual Dogtoberfest to raise money for much needed improvements to the Oakhurst Dog Park. We have lots of opportunities for you to promote your business and hope you will participate. We expect around 1,000 attendees from Oakhurst and the surrounding neighborhoods. Please see below for promotion opportunities for you in an effort to raise money for this charity event.
Neighborhood Gift Cards – Free for you! All we need is your promotional offer. These cards will be sold for $10 to our attendees and will help advertise your business and drive sales to you. We will be selling these at the event and on the Oakhurst website through December 09. We will include you in our neighborhood gift card offer up until the expiration date of your coupon.
Vendors at Event – For $35 you can set up a tent at the event and either promote your business and/or sell you products.
Raffle – We need prizes. Donations can be as small as a coupon or as large as you would like. This is a great way for vendors and restaurants to advertise for free.

In Kind Donations: There are many services we need donated which are listed below. In return for any of these services we offer the following: Logo on event T-shirt and banners, individual banner displayed in dog park for 1 year, ad in event program.

Vendors
Vendors will be provided with a 10x10 space on the lawn of the Solarium. All activities will be held on the Solarium lawn to ensure lots of foot traffic, which hopefully translates into lots of sales and a great promotional opportunity!
Spaces will be assigned prior to the event and you will be directed to your spot upon check in. Set up is between 10am and 2pm with the event starting at 2. Cars must be moved and parked by 1:45pm. We strongly recommend bringing a standard ez up style 10x10 tent and you will be responsible for all of your set up materials. If you do not have a tent or tables a limited number are available for rent.
In order to be considered you must provide at least one photo of your work or a link to your website and a detailed description of what you will be selling at the event. Please send this information to kaversano@tajmahound.com or fax the information to 678-623-5906. Thank you.
