The U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services' Office of Disease Prevention & Health Promotion has redesigned its website, healthfinder.gov. It's a pretty thorough website, with a focus on health and prevention.
A very informative section of the website is their Quick Guide to Healthy Living, with topics including "Get Active" and "Eat Healthy".
